What we collect through this website
- Account details: name, email address, mobile number.
- Patient details: name, date of birth, sex, contact details and, once verified, your Hospital Patient ID.
- HMO pre-approval: HMO, member details, and the documents you upload (HMO card, ID, doctor's request).
- Optional follow-up requests from the Patient Satisfaction page.

Why we use it
- To process your HMO pre-approval requests with your HMO and contact you about them.
- To verify your identity before linking your account to hospital records.
- To improve our services and respond to feedback.
Who can see it
Only authorized hospital staff whose work requires it — for example, only the HMO Help Desk sees HMO documents. Your HMO receives the information needed to process your request. [Hospital to list other recipients and processors, e.g. hosting and email providers.]
How long we keep it
